The learned APP, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of the present application, the prosecution has filed the charge-sheet against the present applicant. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file application for bail before the trial Court.

The Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought. If such application is filed, the trial Court shall endeavour to decide the application within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the application.
