Heard Mr. Gautam, learned Advocate for Applicant; Mr. Shirsat, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 - Union of India and Mr. Dedhia, learned APP for Respondent No.2 - State of Maharashtra. 2.

Praecipe is filed for out of turn hearing on ground of medical urgency. In this case order dated 09.01.2025 was passed in view of the aforesaid reason. Compliance of that order has been done. 3.

Mr. Shirsat and Mr. Dedhia have placed before the Court a report of Chief Medical Officer of Mumbai Central Prison which is with respect to prisoners' medical report dated 23.01.2025. The said report states that current health condition of Applicant is good and stable on medications with no active complaints.
