Heard Mr. Jadhwani, learned Advocate for Applicant; Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Bhave, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2.

Applicant is incarcerated in prison for more than a period of 5 years for offences punishable under Sections 376 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Age of Applicant is 25 years whereas age of prosecutrix - victim is 24 years.

Mr. Bhave, learned appointed Advocate would submit that he has received the papers and he is ready in the matter. 4.

Though Ms. Bajoria, learned APP has persuaded the Court to consider the rejection of Bail Application of the Applicant by the Supreme Court previously, the same shall be appropriately considered

Considering the long incarceration of the Applicant the present matter shall be heard and disposed of on the next adjourned date which shall be noted by the prosecution. The status of trial shall be apprised to the Court on the next date.
