By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 232 of 2024 registered with Indapur Police Station, District-Pune Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC" for short), Section 4(25) of the Indian Arms Act, 1959 and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

Ms. Saili Dhuru, learned Advocate for the Applicant has circulated a praecipe of today's date seeking withdrawal of the present Bail Application. Said praecipe is taken on record and Gitalaxmi
501-BA-5009-2024.doc marked as "X" for identification. She submits that the Applicant has been released on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Indapur, District-Pune by order dated 22nd July 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 148 of 2025. She therefore seeks withdrawal of the present Bail Application.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object to grant of the request made by Ms. Saili Dhuru, learned Advocate for the Applicant.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Saili Dhuru, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave granted to withdraw the present Bail Application.

In view of the above, Criminal Bail Application No. 5009 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
