After arguing the matter for some time, when this court was disinclined to grant relief, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a year.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

The Trial Court is, therefore, directed to conclude the trial within a year. It is clarified that in case the trial is not concluded within a year, it shall be open for the applicant to revive his request for bail.
