This is an application for temporary bail.

2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, doctor has advised brain surgery of the son of the applicant and the same needs to be done urgently. However, it transpired during the course of hearing that the trial is almost over. 3.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application at this stage.

The trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.

It would be open to the applicant to file fresh application, if the trial is not concluded by that time.
