The learned counsel for the applicant shall supply the spare copy of application for issuing notice to the respondent No.2/victim within four working days.

If the said compliance is done, the Registry shall issue notice to the respondent No.2/victim, returnable on 30.04.2025. 2.

In addition to the Court notice, the concerned police station/investigating officer shall intimate about the filing of the present application and next date of hearing to respondent No.2/victim.
