Ms. Mahalakshmi Dakshinamurthy, learned Advocate for the Applicant tenders a praecipe of today's date for speaking to the minutes of order dated 27th June 2025, stating that there is a typographical error in mentioning the offences, which are charged in Crime No. 107 of 2024. She has given the correct sections in the praecipe.

Perusal of the order dated 27th June 2025 indicates that in Paragraph No. 2 of the order, the sections are wrongly typed as 380, 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 193(2), 199, 200 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code Act, 1860, instead of 379, 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code Act, 1860. 3.

In view of the above, the said typographical error in Gitalaxmi

P-3-BA-5031-2024.doc Paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 27th June 2025 needs to be corrected as "379, 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code Act, 1860" instead of "380, 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 193(2), 199, 200 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code Act, 1860".

Order dated 27th June 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the said order be uploaded on the official website of this Court.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

Praecipe is allowed and disposed of.
