Heard Ms. Mahalakshmi Dakshinamurthy, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.

By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 107 of 2024 registered with Lashkar Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code Act, 1860 ("IPC" for short).

Applicant was arrested on 25th April 2024 and since then he Gitalaxmi This order is corrected/modified as per Speaking to the Minutes order dated 30th June 2025.

On 26th June 2025, after hearing the matter for sometime and upon this Court expressing its view of not being inclined to entertain the present Bail Application, Mr. Sachinkumar Rajepandhare, learned Advocate for the Applicant sought for time till today to take instructions from the Applicant. 5.
Today, Ms. Mahalakshmi Dakshinamurthy, learned Advocate for the Applicant instructed by Mr. Sachinkumar Rajepandhare, learned Advocate, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application by seeking liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstance. Leave as prayed is granted. 6.
In the event such Application is filed by the Applicant, the learned Trial Court shall consider it on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No. 5031 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
