Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Advocate draws my attention to the order dated 12.08.2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1055 of 2024 alongwith Interim Application No.2164 of 2024 and the order dated 16.10.2024 appended at Exhibit "D" - page No.168 of the Bail Application and would submit that in view of the aforesaid order, this Court may pass appropriate orders. 3.
He would next submit that in view of the Circular issued by the Registry of this Court in February, 2024 pursuant to the Supreme
21.BA.5034.24.doc Court directions with respect to the same Court requiring to hear the Bail Application which has heard previous Anticipatory Bail Application, present Bail Application may be listed before the same Court.

In view of the above, Registry of this Court is directed to verify and place the aforesaid Bail Application before the appropriate Court within one week.

If required, Registry can hear the Advocate for Applicant on this issue and shall place the aforesaid Bail Application before the concerned Court within one week positively.

Registry shall immediately act upon a server copy of this order.
