By the present application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C. R. No.121 of 2024 registered with Lonavala Rural Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the IPC. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms. Meenaz Mozawala, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that she has instructions from the Applicant to unconditionally withdraw the present bail application. She therefore, prays leave to unconditionally withdraw the present bail application. Leave granted.
