By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 194 of 2024 registered at Saykheda Police Station, Nashik for offence punishable under Section 64, 64(2), 64(2)(i), 64(2)(m), 65(1) & 351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. When the matter was called for hearing, Mr. Suryawanshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the said crime was registered as Special Case No. 70 of 2024 and was allotted to the Court of District & Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik. He states that the said Special Case No. 70 of 2024 has been disposed of and the Applicant is acquitted. He therefore, submits that the present Bail Application has become infructuous.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the Applicant, the Criminal Bail Application is dismissed as infructuous.
