After arguing the application for some time, when this Court was disinclined to grant relief, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.

However, it is made clear that the applicant shall be at liberty to revive the request of bail in case the trial is not concluded within a year.
