Learned Advocate filed present Praecipe dated 6.12.2024, seeking urgent listening of Criminal Revision Application No. 5062 of 2024. He would submit that by order dated 9.5.2024 passed in Bail Application No. 53/2024, Accused No.1 was enlarged on bail by this Court. In view of the procedure followed by this Court of listing the bail matters of all co-accused before the same Court, the present Praecipe is filed.

I requested Ms. Krishnaiyer, learned APP to take cognizance of the present matter and be prepared on the next adjourned date. Copy of the Bail Application shall be handed to Ms. Krishnaiyer by the learned Advocate for the Applicant.

Union of India representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is Respondent No.1. Copy of this order and copy of the previous order dated 9.5.2024 passed by this Court in Bail Application 55 of 20024 along with this Bail Application shall be served on the Union of India. The Chief Government Pleader of the Union of India is directed to take cognizance and ensure that a responsible pleader appears on behalf of Respondent No.1 on the next adjourned date, after taking appropriate instructions. Copy of this order and the Bail Application shall be served on the Union of India by the Advocate for Applicant and appropriate Affidavit of service shall be filed. 6.

In view of the above, issue notice to Respondents made returnable on 13.12.2024. Humdast is permitted. Ms. Krishnaiyer, waives service of the notice on behalf of Respondent No.2. 7.

In addition to Court notice, Applicant is permitted to serve a copy of the Civil Revision Application and this order on the Respondents and inform them about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate Affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof on or before the next date. 8.
