Learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant is willing to deposit a total amount of Rs.3,70,000/-, out of which Rs.2,50,000/- shall be deposited before his release before the Trial Court, and the remaining Rs.1,20,000/- shall be deposited within eight weeks from the date of his release. The applicant is ready to furnish an undertaking to that effect.

To enable him to file such undertaking, stand over to 18 July 2025.

The Superintendent of Adharwadi Jail, Kalyan, where the applicant is presently incarcerated, shall permit the applicant to sign the aforesaid undertaking.
