Heard Mr. Lalla, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.
Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP would inform the Court that order dated 22.04.2025 stands complied with and the prisoner's Medical Report filed by the Chief Medical Officer, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai is placed on record. The said Medical Report prima facie records that Applicant before the Court is detected HIV positive. 3.
At the outset, Ms. Ganapathy would persuade the Court to consider her request for opposing release of the Applicant on medical bail on the aforesaid grounds. If that be the case, then the case of the prosecution will have to be placed on Affidavit to explain the reason as to why they are opposed to grant of bail on medical ground.

Learned prosecutor would therefore persuade the Court to give one week time to file its Affidavit-in-Reply to oppose the present Bail Application. Let the Affidavit-in-Reply be filed within a period of two weeks from today.
