Considering the indictment of the Applicant for offences punishable under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860, issue notice to Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted. 4.
Mr. Dedhia, learned APP appears and waives notice on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State of Maharashtra. 5.
In addition to Court notice, Applicant is permitted to serve a copy of the Bail Application and this order on Respondent No.2 and inform her about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate Affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof on or before the next date.

After receiving notice, Respondent No.2 is directed to file her Affidavit-in-Reply on or before the next date, if so desired. 7.
If Respondent No.2 is required aid and assistance of the Advocate, the same shall be provided by this Court through the Investigating Officer. Concerned Investigating Officer shall also convey this order to Respondent No.2 through a lady police Officer and file appropriate report to that effect.

Let the aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of one week from today.
