Heard Mr. Dalmia, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for Respondent No. 1 - State. 2.

Mr. Dalmia would submit that pursuant to the order dated 24.03.2025 passed in Interim Application No. 1110/2025 granting interim bail to the Applicant, today the mother of Applicant has filed affidavit dated 07.04.2025. Appended to the affidavit is the examination time table which is revised subsequent to passing of the order dated 24.03.2025 by which examination schedule of the Applicant has been postponed by a further three days i.e. upto 15.04.2025. The fresh examination time table of the examination after passing of the order dated 24.03.2025 which has been released by the University of Mumbai through the Director, Board of Examinations & Evaluation on 01.04.2025 pertaining to the

programme - M.A. (International Relation & Strategic Studies) (Semester-II) is scanned and reproduced hereunder:-

In view of the above and the reasons mentioned in the order dated 24.03.2025, interim bail granted to the Applicant is extended upto 16.04.2025.

Applicant is directed to surrender himself to the jail authorities of Thane Central Prison on 16.04.2025 at 6.00 p.m. All other conditions in the interim order dated 24.03.2025 shall be applicable until the Applicant surrenders as per this order. 5.

Present Order shall be read along with the order dated 24.03.2025.

List the Bail Application on 17th April, 2025. To be shown under the caption "for Compliance".
