The present bail application arises out of rejection of bail under the provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, where an appeal under Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Act, 2008 need to be filed. Hence, the present bail application need not be entertained. 2.

However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file appeal under the provisions of Section 21 of the NIA Act.

The High Court Legal Services Authority shall appoint an Advocate, and shall ensure that such appeal is filed along with
