This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.1116 of 2023 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 377, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 4.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2.

Mr. Karmakar, learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1 - State.

Papers of the Application shall be served on Respondent No.2 through a responsible Officer by the Investigating Officer. 7.

Copy of papers shall be deposited with the Investigating Officer by the Advocate for Applicant immediately . 8.

Investigating Officer shall obtain instructions for legal representation from Respondent No.2 and through the learned APP apprise the same to the Court on the next adjourned date. 9.

Let this exercise be carried out within a period of one week from today.
