Heard Mr. Satkar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for Respondent No.1 - State of Maharashtra. 2.

This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with First Information Report No.1116 of 2023 registered with Amboli Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 377, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Sections 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 of of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO').

The order dated 27.01.2025 stands complied with. 4.

First Informant - mother of Respondent No.2 is present in Court. She has persuaded the Court through learned APP to appoint

Considering the indictment and arrest of Applicant under Sections of IPC and POCSO Act and in view of provisions of Section 439 of Cr.P.C., Ms. Aneesa Cheema (Mobile No.8390745792) is appointed to represent and espouse the case of Applicant. 6.

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is directed to give appointment letter and papers of the matter to appointed Advocate forthwith in accordance with law to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent through the legal aid. 7.

Advocate for Applicant shall serve a copy of Application on appointed Advocate immediately. Appropriate instructions can be given by Respondent No.2 to the appointed Advocate so that same can be placed before this Court on the next adjourned date. 8.
