Heard Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State. 2.

Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that Respondent No.2 was joined pursuant to the order dated 04.02.2025. He states that Mr. Yash A. instructed by Ayaan Bhattacharya had put appearance on 25.04.2025 as recorded in rojnama. He submits that since then, though the matter was listed on 02.05.2025, 07.05.2025 24.06.2025 the said Advocate has not appeared. He further submits that there is no representation even on behalf of Respondent No.2.

As the Respondent No.2 was arrayed as party, it would be

23-ba-5240-2024.doc appropriate to appoint Advocate from the Legal Aid Panel to represent Respondent No.2 based on records before this Court. 4.

Ms. Kanchan Pawar, learned Advocate on the Legal Aid Panel is present in Court and on the request of the Court has agreed to assist the Court as an Amicus Curiae.

Maharashtra Legal Aid Committee to take note of the appointment of the Ms. Kanchan Pawar to represent the Respondent No.2.

Mr. Joshi, submits that he would hand over the complete set of the bail application to Ms. Kanchan Pawar within two days from today.

At the request of the parties, list the matter on 25th July, 2025.
