Applicant is indicted under Section 302 and is in incarceration from June, 2023. According to learned APP evidence in the case is purely circumstantial. However, learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that if the copy of charge-sheet is placed before the Court it will enable the Applicant to present his case appropriately in view of the inadequacy of the post-mortem report. 3.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP shall take appropriate instructions and place a copy of charge-sheet before the next adjourned date to enable the Applicant to present his case adequately. 4.
