The learned counsel for the applicant is constrained to mention this application in peculiar circumstances. 3.

In this case, the Sessions Court had granted bail to the applicant, but by order 13th November 2024, the said order was set aside and the matter was remanded back to the Sessions Court and in the meanwhile, the applicant was protected. Subsequently, on 2nd December 2024, the Sessions Court rejected the bail application of the applicant and gave him time till today i.e. 9th December 2024 to surrender. It is in this backdrop, when this BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2024.12.09 18:15:39 +0530 application was mentioned before the regular Court (Coram: Shivkumar Dige, J.) on 6th December 2024, circulation was granted for today.
