Crime involved in the present case is registered under the POCSO Act. Issue notice to the Respondent No.2. 3.

The Investigating Officer shall ensure that a copy of the application along with a copy of this order is served on the victim/legal guardian of the victim. The Investigating Officer is directed to depute a lady Police Officer to get appropriate instructions from Respondent No.2 as to whether she requires legal representation to espouse the cause and apprise the Court on the next date adjourned date upon which this Court shall take further steps to appoint an Advocate from legal aid, if so required.
