By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 22 of 2024 registered with Ramzanpura Police Station, Taluka-Malegaon, District-Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC" for short) and Sections 3/25 and 5/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Today Mr. Pratik Rahade, learned Advocate for the Applicant has filed a praecipe dated 15th July 2025 seeking withdrawal of the Gitalaxmi

901-BA-5248-2024.doc present Bail Application with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstance. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 4.

Ms. Madhavi Mhatre, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object to the grant of request as made by the Applicant. 5.

In view of the request made by Mr. Narayan Babna, Applicant is permitted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstance. If such Application is filed, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
