1. Heard Mr. Rajabhau Chaudhari, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State. 2.
By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.189 of 2023, registered with Khandeshwar Police Station, District Raigad. Said crime is registered as Sessions Case No.46 of 2024 and is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel. 3.
After having heard the matter for substantial time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the present Application, Mr. Rajabhau Chaudhari, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances.

Requests made by Mr. Rajabhau Chaudhari is not objected to by Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State. 5.
Leave granted to the Applicant to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. If such Application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court then, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
