Mr. Gaurav Chaubey learned Advocate for the Applicant has pointed out to the statement at Page No. 116 of the person who is said to have injuries on the body. Statement at Page No.225 of the eye-witness was read out to submit that the allegations made against the Applicant pertains to assault by bracelet / stone. He submits that the postmortem report of the deceased indicates stab

Mr. Harsh Dedhia, submits that Investigation Officer is not present in the Court and he needs to take instructions from the Investigation Officer. For that, he seeks time till Monday so as to enable him to contact the Investigation Officer. Adjournment is not objected to by the Mr. Gaurav Chaubey, learned Advocate for the Applicant.
