This Court is informed that the applicant has filed a special leave petition before the Supreme Court, challenging the earlier order passed by this Court rejecting his bail application. The said special leave petition is pending.

During the pendency of the said special leave petition, the present application is filed praying for bail on the ground of long incarceration suffered by the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would withdraw the special leave petition before the Supreme Court. 4.

Such a step is for the applicant to take. But, during the pendency of the special leave petition, it would not be appropriate to hear this application.
