By request letter dated 24th December 2025, Addl. Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Goregaon (E), Mumbai, seeks an extension of six months to decide Sessions Case No.624 of 2023. 2.

Ms. Dugad, learned counsel for the Applicant, has an objection to grant of extension of time to conclude the trial. In my view, her objections can be considered by the Trial Court and the remedy, if any, lay elsewhere.
