By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 1443 of 2020 registered with Chaturshrungi Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Section 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(ii), 3(2) and 3(4) of the Maharasthra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 (MCOCA). Said Crime was registered as Special (MCOCA) Case No. 453 of 2021.

Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant has tendered across the Judgment and Order dted 25th June, 2025 passed by the Speical Judge (MCOCA), Pune in Special (MCOCA) Case No. 453 of 2021, by which Applicant (Accused No. 2) has been acquitted in Crime No. 1443 of 2020. Copy of the same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.
Mr. Nikam submits that in view of the above Judgment and Order, the present Bail Application has become infructuous. 5.
In view of the above, Criminal Bail Application No. 5274 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.
