This is an Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.768 of 2024 registered with Kolsewadi Police Station. 4.

Principal grievance of the Applicant is that he has not been identified by anybody but by the Investigating Officer himself from CCTV footage. Learned APP is directed to take appropriate instructions from the Investigating Officer regarding identification of the Applicant and by whom and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
