Today, Mr. Brijesh Shukla, Advocate appears and submitted that the victim's father contacted him, and instructed him to appear in the matter. Thereafter, when he contacted victim's father, he told that he is travelling and he will contact him after two-three days. Thereafter, the victim's father has not contacted him. 2.

The Investigating Officer shall ascertain from the victim's father, whether he had instructed Mr. Brijesh Shukla, Advocate to appear on behalf of the victim, and shall submit report on the next date of listing.
