The medical report has been filed pursuant to order dated 22.01.2025 by the Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals. It is dated 29.01.2025. Perusal of the medical report shows that the medical condition of the Applicant has been examined and he has been prescribed physiotherapy and insulin injection half hour before meal. 3.

Concerned jail hospital shall ensure that whatever is prescribed in medical report dated 29.01.2025 is adhered to while Applicant is in jail during his imprisonment. No ground for medical urgency is made out.
