Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant strongly objects to the adjournment. He by referring to the observations made by this Court order dated 03.07.2025 and 30.07.29025, submits that the learned APP is delaying the matter on one reason or the other, thereby causing prejudice to the Applicant as his application is being adjourned. He submits that the State has already filed reply. In view of the objections raised by Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, matter was taken up at 5.35 pm. Mr. Kuldeep Nikam has concluded his arguments at 6.00 pm. Matter is adjourned on the request of Mr. P. H. Gaikwad.
