The learned Counsel for the applicant on the basis of the roznama of the proceedings submits that the charge was framed on 2nd June, 2022 and since then the trial court has not made any progress as muddemal articles are not produced before the Court.

By an order dated 19th July, 2022, this Court had SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI rejected the first application for bail.

The Registrar (Judicial) is requested to call a report from the learned Sessions Judge seized with SC No.70 of 2021 arising out of CR No.379 of 2021 registered with Karad City Police Station, regarding the stage and progress of the 1/2

Let the report be placed before this Court on or before 12th February, 2025.
