The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the Investigation ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Agency could not get the copies of statement of witnesses recorded ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.27 11:01:24 +0530 under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, as they are kept in a sealed envelope.

The copies of 164 statement are required to be furnished to the accused under Section 207 (iv) of the Code of 1973. Thus there should not be any impediment in furnishing the copies to the accused and the Investigating Officer for producing the same before this Court. 1/2

The learned Judge seized with Sessions Case No. 270 of 2023 is directed to furnish the copies of the 164 statement to the Investigating Officer for producing the same before this Court. 5.
