The matter was called out in the morning session, when the Court asked specifically whether the applicant intends to argue the matter. Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submitted that the concerned arguing Advocate will be coming in the afternoon session. However, when the matter is called out in the afternoon session, no one is present to represent the applicant. 2.
It is noticed that in NDPS matters, Advocates are not appearing in the matter, and the matters are required to be adjourned. This is deliberate attempt on the part of the Advocates to get the matter adjourned. Such practice cannot be countenanced. This being the first instance, I am refraining myself from referring the matter to the Bar Council. However, in case it is
