But, in the light of the clarification issued by the Supreme Court in a recent order dated 07.02.2025 passed in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.55 of 2025 (Shekhar Prasad Mahto @ S. Kushwaha vs. The Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court and another), the present application will have to be listed before the Bench assigned to deal with such applications.
