This is the second application for bail. The first application being BA No. 3741 of 2023 was disposed as withdrawn with a request to the learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No. 763 of 2022 arising out of CR No. 1788 of 2022 to commence and conclude the trial in the said case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within nine ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL months from the date of communication of the said order. Mr. Dabke, learned APP, on instructions submits that the evidence of the Investigating Officer, the last witness, is being recorded, and 1/2

3-BA-5343-2024.DOC tomorrow, 7th March 2025, the sessions case is posted for recording the cross-examination of the Investigating Officer. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, it appears that the trial has progressed substantially and is at the fag end of its conclusion. In this view of the matter, there is no propriety in entertaining this second application, at this stage. Any observations of this Court on the merits of the case may have a bearing upon the outcome of the trial. 5.

Thus, the application stands disposed with a request to the learned Sessions Judge to complete the trial in Sessions Case No. 763 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

The parties shall not seek any adjournment.
