The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in terms of SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI order dated 08th January, 2025, the papers pertaining to the present SHRIKANT SHRINIVAS MALANI Date: 2025.01.31 18:06:04 +0530 application were served on the Investigating Officer for further service upon respondent Nos.2 and 3 (victims).

The learned APP submits on instructions that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 could not be served and that immediate steps would be taken by the Investigating Officer to serve the said respondents. 3.

List on 05th February, 2025, in the "Supplementary List." 4.

The Investigating Officer to ensure that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are served before the next date of listing and they are intimated about listing of the application on 05th February, 2025.
