Heard Mr. Bhise, learned Advocate for Applicant in Bail Application No.3334 of 2024; and Ms. Vora, learned Advocate for Applicant in Bail Application No.5344 of 2024; Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent in Bail Applications and Ms. Chavan, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 in both Bail Applications. 2.

In the aforesaid two Bail Applications, appointed Advocate was not present when the Applications were called out in Court.

However, at the time of rising holding Advocate on behalf of the appointed Advocate persuaded the Court to hear the appointed Advocate who was present on VC. The Court was informed about the genuine personal difficulty of the appointed Advocate for not remaining present. Court was also informed that appointed Advocate is fully ready in the matter.

Learned appointed Advocate is directed to remain present on the next adjourned date either physically or on VC so that both the above Applications can be heard and decided finally. 5.

In that view of the matter, list the Bail Applications on Board on 07th April, 2025. To be placed under the caption 'For Directions and hearing'.
