Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 waives notice for Respondent No.1 and the learned APP waives notice for Respondent No.2 - State. 4.

Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant submitted that in addition to bail on merits, the applicant is also seeking the benefit of the proviso to Section 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. 5.

Let the applicant be examined at Grant Government Medical College and Sir J.J.Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, by a team of medical officers, as may be constituted by the Superintendent, Grant Government Medical College and Sir J.J.Group of Hospitals, and report be submitted to the Court within a period of 10 days.
