Heard Mr. Karnik, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Venegavkar, learned Special Counsel for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Kulkarni, APP for Respondent No.2.

Considering the admitted fact that Applicant is permanent resident of Gujarat which his seen by the Court from the record, the request is made to the Court to make the addition in condition No.(v) in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 03.03.2025 which delineates the terms and conditions prima facie appears to be valid. 3.

Considering the Application and aforesaid fact, the said condition No.(v) is modified accordingly and now shall read as under:-

902.BA.5350.2024.doc "(v) Applicant shall not leave the States of Maharashtra and Gujarat without prior permission of the Trial Court. He shall deposit his passport, if any, within two weeks after being released on bail with the Trial Court;" 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order and corrected order be uploaded.
