This is a Second Bail Application filed by the Applicant, as the earlier bail application was withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in the event the trial before the Trial Court was not concluded within a period of one year. A report was called for, which indicates that due to non-availability of sufficient Courts, there is delay in conducting the trial. The report further reveals that the case pertains to the POCSO Act, the charge has been framed, and summons have been issued to the witnesses.
