Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the Applicant, submits that the Applicant's bail application was rejected by the Trial Court. Three accused have been enlarged on bail. According to him, the role attributed to Accused Nos.2 and 3 is identical to that attributed to the present Applicant. In fact, he submits that the quantity of contraband recovered from the accused who have been enlarged on bail is much higher than the quantity recovered from the present Applicant. 4th February 2026

In these circumstances, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court. 3.

Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
