Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the Respondent-State and learned counsel for the Intervenor. 2.

The learned APP submit that prosecution has examined four witnesses and prosecution will examine further six witnesses. 3.

The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file fresh Application, if trial is not concluded within three months.
