Heard Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent.

Mr. Dubey has filed a praecipe dated 26.03.2025. He would place before me order dated 11.03.2025 passed by this Court while disposing of Bail Application No.4998 of 2024 and Bail Application No.5366 of 2024.

He would submit that in so far present Applicant in Bail Application No.5366 of 2024 is concerned, he would seek extension of time which was directed and given by this Court in the said order in

P1.doc paragraph No.23(v).

He would submit that passport could not be surrendered by present Applicant due to certain exigency. He has infact shown the passport to the Court and informed the Court that he will be in position to surrender it forthwith.

In that view of the matter, time granted in condition No.(v) in paragraph No.23 of the order dated 11.03.2025 stands extended by a further period of one week from today to enable the Applicant to surrender his passport.

Prosecution shall take cognizance of this order. 9.

Praecipe is disposed.
