Mr. Merchant, learned Advocate for the Applicant draws my attention to the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.363 of 2025 in respect of granting bail to Accused No.5 in the same crime. He would submit that Accused No.2's case is also covered by the grounds on which Accused No.5 has been granted bail with respect to non-compliance of the provisions of Section 50 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Mr. Karmakar, learned APP appearing for the State shall consider the aforesaid submissions made by Mr. Merchant and apprise the Court accordingly on the next adjourned date. 5.
