After arguing the Bail Application for some time, as the Court is not inclined to grant bail, Mr. Vagal, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. However, Mr. Vagal, learned Counsel submits that liberty be granted to file fresh Bail Application, after a period of eight months.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. However, liberty is granted to file fresh Bail Application after a period of eight months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
